Inter-Library Loans (ILL) is a system which allows you to obtain books and articles from journals that are not held here at Lillehammer.

Once you have your reference, first check the Lillehammer University College Library catalogue to find out if the book or journal is in stock here. If not you will need to search the complete BIBSYS database.

When you have found your document, press "Order loan" or "article" button, and follow the instructions given on the screen. You will find your BIBSYS patron ID on the back of your University College ID card.

To order an article copy you must give information about title, author etc.

You will be notified either by SMS or email when your document has arrived.
The lending period for books is normally 4 weeks.
